Health & Welfare:
- Funded by contractor contribution of $4.50 per hour
- Covers the employee and all eligible dependents with no additional premiums!

- Personal Care Account - Contractor contribution of $.50 per hour to be used as a supplemental care account to be used per the employees needs.
- Short-term and long-term disability benefits that start immediately upon accident or hospitalization
- $20,000 life insurance (an additional $20,000 for accidental death) as well as minimal coverage for spouse and children
- An hour bank that will extend your health insurance up to 3 months without contributions

8th District Pension:
- Funded by contractor contribution of $2.00 per hour
- Over 8,000 participants in 5 states make this a very solid plan
- A 30 year pension with today's contribution rates and only 1600 hours per year would result in a pension benefit of over $2,200 per month!
- You can retire at age 62 with 30 years of service with no reduction in benefits
- Provides benefits to vested members who become disabled and are unable to work until retirement age
- 5 year vesting

National Electrical Benefit Fund (Pension):
- Funded by contractor contribution of 3% of wages
- Nationwide pension with several hundred thousand participants
- A 30 year pension at today's benefit level would result in a pension benefit of $900 per month
- Provides benefits to vested members who become disabled and are unable to work until retirement age
8th District Annuity:
- Funded by contractor contribution of $1.75 per hour, and you can make tax deferred contributions to the plan from your wages in $.50 increments up to $4.00 per hour
- This is a 401(k) style plan where you direct the types of investments that are made
- Participants are able to withdraw the money at the reduced retirement tax rate (and without penalty) at 59 1/2 years of age

STATEWIDE LINE AGREEMENT: (Journeyman Linemen, Operators, and Groundmen)
Health & Welfare (LINECO):
- Funded by contractor contribution of $4.75 per hour
- Covers the employee and all eligible dependents with no additional premiums!

- Short-term and long-term disability benefits that start immediately upon accident or hospitalization
- $10,000 life insurance (an additional $10,000 for accidental death and dismemberment)
- Dental and orthodontia benefits
- Vision care benefits
- An hour bank that will extend your health insurance without contributions
- Mental health benefits for participants and their family members
- Routine physicals and well child visits
- Speech therapy, home nursing care and many other benefits
